Ingredients:
- 180 g of Arifa Ruggeri flour
- 50 g of potato starch
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- two jars of yogurt, you can choose your favorite
- 100 ml of seed oil
- a sachet of baking powder
- grated zest of a lemon
- a pinch of salt
To prepare the Plum cake, start like this... in a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and frothy... then add the yogurt and oil... continue to beat, mixing well... add the flour, and the sifted potato starch, then the yeast... now add the lemon zest and salt... once you have mixed the mixture well, pour it into a buttered and floured mold and cook at 170° for about 50 minutes... but I recommend always doing the toothpick test... your Plum cake is ready!!
