Kumkait Donut | Arifa Organic Flour

  • 12-15 Organic Kumkait
  • 300 g of Arifa Ruggeri flour
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml of sunflower oil
  • 100 ml of milk
  • a sachet of baking powder
To prepare the Kumkait Donut, start by taking the kumkait and cutting them in half... put them together with the sugar, oil and milk and blend everything in a mixer... then add the egg and sifted flour... lastly the yeast... continue to blend everything, you will get a velvety and creamy mixture... you will smell that aroma... now pour into the buttered and floured mold and cook the Kumkait Donut at 180° for about 40 minutes, but still do the classic toothpick test... once cooked, leave to cool... take it out of the oven and let it cool... your Kumkait Donut is ready!!
