These
mini chocolate chip stracciatella muffins are little delights. Quick and easy, they are made with
Arifa Farina bio , a multipurpose mix of organic flours, to be used for sweet and savory recipes!
Ingredients:
- 200 g of Arifa Ruggeri flour
- 80 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of chocolate chips
- 1 pinch of salt
- half a sachet of baking powder
- half a glass of milk
- 1 egg
Stracciatella Muffin Procedure
To make the muffins, start by mixing the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a bain-marie and add the milk and egg. Combine everything and add the chocolate chips. Mix the resulting mixture and put the dough into the paper cups, filling them more than halfway. If you like, add a few chocolate chips on top of each one, so they stay on top without sinking. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180° and your Stracciatella Muffins are ready!
Note: They can be frozen in a plastic container
