Recipe without oven: crepes with arifa ®
Ingredients for crepes
- 250 g arifa® organic flour
- 10 g sugar
- 5 g salt
- 1 egg
- 500 ml milk
- To grease the pan: 40 g butter
- For dusting: icing sugar to taste
Procedure
In a bowl, mix arifa®, sugar and salt. Add the egg and milk, mix until the mixture is smooth. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then, heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a little butter and melt it, covering the entire surface of the pan well. Pour a ladle of mixture and spread it in a thin but even layer. Cook the crêpe for about 2 minutes, turn it over and cook for another minute. Repeat the operation until the mixture is finished. Fill the crêpes with jam of your choice, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
