  • 1 can of pineapple with 10 slices
  • 2 jars of pineapple yogurt
  • 2 jars of organic Arifa flour
  • 1\2 jar of seed oil
  • 1 jar of Bronsugar brown sugar + 3 tablespoons of sugar to caramelize the bottom
  • 2 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of witch hazel
  • 1 sachet of yeast
Preparation
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and frothy. Add the yogurt, oil, sifted flour and yeast and mix, finally add the liqueur. In a saucepan, melt the tablespoons of sugar over low heat until it turns amber, which you will use to sprinkle the bottom of the pan. It is not necessary to oil or butter. Place the pineapple slices and finally pour in the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes to 180 minutes. As always, the toothpick test applies.
