Pour 300 ml of warm water into the bread machine tray. Pour the contents of the package. Select the preferred program (minimum 2 and a half hours).

Knead vigorously by hand for 10 minutes. If the dough sticks, wash and oil your hands. Form into loaves and let rise for 120-180 minutes on a previously oiled baking sheet, inside the turned off oven. Once risen, deflate the dough and form the schiacciate. Arrange them on two greased and floured baking sheets, brush with oil on the surface and sprinkle with fine salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 20-30 minutes.
