Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the water. Knead until it forms a smooth ball. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. At this point make a round of folds that serve to give strength to the leavening and then form a ball.
Let it rise until it doubles in size: depending on the temperature in your home, it will take 2 hours, more or less.
After this time, roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread a layer of Nutella and chopped hazelnuts. Close, forming a roll.
Cut out rolls of about 4 cm and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper or greased and floured. Do not place the rolls too close together because they will rise again.
Let it rest for 30 minutes and then put the Pan Brioche Cake in a hot oven at 180º for approximately 30 minutes.
