Ingredients:
- 150 g of flour 0
- 100 g of rice flour
- 70 g of melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 100g of Greek yogurt
- 200 ml of rice or oat milk
- 80 g of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 pear
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Powdered sugar to taste
Procedure:
Wash, peel and cut the pear into slices which should be set aside, passing them lightly in lemon juice so that they do not blacken.
Now beat the egg with the sugar, when it is frothy add the butter, milk and yogurt. Now add the sifted flours, cocoa and lastly the yeast, working the dough so that it is homogeneous and no lumps form.
Transfer the mixture into a cake pan (22 cm in diameter) and level it as much as possible. Lightly flour the previously cut pear slices and arrange them on the cake in a radial pattern.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 45 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle the cake with icing sugar.
