This
quinoa plumcake with strawberry grapes is the ideal

a rustic recipe has come out, which combines the
intense taste of Quinoa Flour with the sweetness of strawberry grapes. Delicious!

Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.
Beat the sugar with the egg until it becomes frothy and white. Add the soft butter and part of the milk, continuing to mix. Alternately add the flours, the starch and the remaining part of the milk, working until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Lastly add the yeast and the grapes, leaving some aside.
Spread the mixture into a plumcake mould lined with baking paper and arrange the last grapes on the surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40/45 minutes, testing with a toothpick. Once cooled, sprinkle the quinoa plumcake with icing sugar.
