Active Toasted Malt: leavening power and toasted aromas
Thanks to the yeast, Ruggeri Active Toasted Malt gives leavening power to the dough. It does not require the addition of brewer's yeast because it replaces it.
This makes it a precious natural enhancer of the dough for all types of recipes: bread, pizza or focaccia. It gives stability to the dough and increases its volume while leavening. It prolongs freshness of the finished product. Its malt extracts give a characteristic intense hazelnut colour and release toasted aromas.
Wheat flour, malted wheat flour 30%, dry yeast 12%, wheat gluten, barley malt 6%.
May contain milk, eggs, soy, sesame seeds, lupins, mustard.

Molto soddisfatta!Ho provato questo malto, pur non essendo certo una gran cuoca , ed il mio panino è venuto davvero buono, senza nessun odore di lievito, bello scuro, cosa che non mi dà fastidio!!!
