Thanks to the mixed seeds(blue poppy, white sesame, black sesame) and toasted soy, this concentrated mix gives the dough an even richer taste and a unique fragrance.

Thanks to its particular enzymes blend, the doughs prepared with the 8 Cereals pizza mix are more workable and easier to roll out.

How to use the professional 8 Cereals Pizza Mix

The 8 Cereal Pizza mix is a concentrated mix of special ingredients, which should be added to the flour used daily. It does not change the usual preparation process of master pizza chefs, but enriches the pizza bases with taste and fragrance.
The dosage of the 8 Cereal Pizza mix is 2+8, that is: 2 kg of concentrated mix + 8 kg of the flour normally used by the master pizza chef.

We suggest you to fill the pizza base prepared with the 8 Cereal Pizza mix, pairing it with seasoned cold cuts, fresh cheeses and creamy cheese.

Toasted corn germ granite 15%, remilled stone-ground durum wheat semolina 15%, wheat flour 11%, toasted soy flour, rice flour 10%, malted wheat flakes 5%, rye flour 5%, barley flakes flour 5%, spelt flour 5%, oats flakes flour 3%, wholemeal rye flakes 3%, black sesame seeds, sesame seeds, blue poppy seeds, deactivated dry yeast, enzymes.

May contain milk, eggs, lupins, mustard.
