- Oat Beta-glucans, which help reduce blood cholesterol levels*
* Oat beta-glucan has been shown to lower/reduce blood cholesterol levels. Hypercholesterolemia is a risk factor for the development of coronary heart disease. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g of Beta-glucans (about 200 g of Pizza Funzionele Salus) - Reg. (EC) n. 1924/2006 and Reg. (EC) n. 1160/2011.

HOW TO USE PIZZA MIX
You find the procedure for the preparation of Salus Pizza on the back of the package.
It's a complete mix because it already contains all the ingredients, even yeast and low-sodium salt. The preparation of Salus Functional Pizza is very easy: just add water and knead.
This mix is equipped with the patented packaging Ruggeri Magic Pocket which separates the yeast from the flour with a inside pocket. In this way the characteristics of the product are preserved without the use of preservatives.
