This special bread mix allows you to obtain a very good cereal bread, source of fiber and protein.
Thanks to the perfect union of mixed seeds and flours (wheat, corn, rye, oats, millet, rice and barley), Ruggeri 7 Cereal Bread will release unique aromas and flavours.
With dried sourdough starter, to give even more aromas and fragrance.
Easy and quick to use, because it already contains all ingredients: you just have to add water!

7 Cereal Bread: a complete mix of all the ingredients for cereal bread or pizza
With the 7 Cereal Bread Mix you get a delicious cereal bread, characterized by mixed seeds and flours. You can use the mix both for the preparation by hand or with a bread machine, you just have to add 280 ml of water and follow the procedure indicated on the label. In fact, it is a complete product that already contains all the ingredients, even the yeast! 7 Cereal Bread mix is equipped with the Ruggeri Tasca Magica®, a inside pocket which separates the yeast from the other ingredients, preserving them without the use of preservatives.
To prepare a tasty cereal pizza base, here is the recipe with our 7 Cereal Bread mix.
Ingredients: 1 pack of 7 Cereal Bread Mix - 280 ml of water - 25 ml of olive oil - filling of your choice
Procedure: in a planetary mixer or a bowl pour 500 g of the mixture, add 280 ml of water, 25 ml of olive oil (about 2 tablespoons) and knead well until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes covered with a cloth. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it rise at room temperature for about 4 hours. Season to taste and bake at 220°C for about 10 minutes.
Ingredients: type "0" wheat flour 75%, sesame seeds, soy flour (gritz), corn flour 4,8%, flax seeds, wholemeal flour, rye 1,4%, oats 1,1%, millet 1%, rice flour 1%, wheat flour, barley1%, dried wheat germ sourdough 1%, low sodium sea salt, dried brewer's yeast.
May contain milk, eggs, lupins, mustard.
