With the Soft Cocoa Cake Mix, you can make an incredibly soft, delicious, and easy-to-prepare cake. It contains only high-quality cocoa that gives off a delightful aroma. It’s also perfect for baking in an air fryer!
What is the Pater® Formula?
It is a unique and innovative formulation that contains the live lactic fermentstypical of the original microflora of the sourdough starter.
It brings many advantages, starting from thedough, which will be more stable and easier to work with.
Furthermore, the baked products will be characterized byaromas and perfumesirresistible, onemeltabilityincredible, a greatchewiness, onefragrancethat lasts longer.
Enzymes: natural allies of bread making
Enzymes are natural proteins found in all living things and are responsible for accelerating biological reactions that would otherwise take a long time. In baking, enzymes naturally improve the characteristics of the dough and the quality of baked goods, without the need for chemical additives. They can make the dough more elastic, promote better leavening, improve the structure of baked goods, and much more. Furthermore, they disappear completely during baking because they dissolve at temperatures above 70°C.
Recipe for Soft Cocoa Cake in an Air Fryer
In no time at all, you can prepare a soft and delicious cake, directly in your air fryer.
Ingredients
400g Soft Cocoa Cake Mix
3.5 (150g) eggs
115ml seed oil
115ml milk
Optional: citrus zest or vanilla pods
Method
Whip the eggs in a stand mixer or a bowl with an electric whisk until you obtain a light, fluffy, and foamy cream. Incorporate the seed oil and milk. Add optional flavourings such as citrus zest or vanilla pods to taste. Gradually add the cake mix, carefully incorporating it gently with a paddle attachment, ensuring the cream remains well whipped. Pour the mixture into the appropriate moulds (hinged aluminium), previously oiled and floured, making sure not to fill them more than ¾ full.
Cooking in an air fryer: 150°C for 40 minutes*.
Baking in a static oven: bake at 150°C for 40 minutes.
To check if the cake is cooked, insert a toothpick and ensure it comes out completely dry. Let cool, dust with icing sugar, and serve.
