Brownies

Recipe for " Caramel à la fleur de sel "
Brownies ingredients:
  • dark chocolate 53% 375g
  • butter 375g
  • eggs 6
  • vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • sugar 500g
  • Ruggeri organic Arifa flour 225g
  • walnuts 150g
to complete:
  • raspberries 100g
Pour the chocolate and butter into a saucepan, place everything on the heat and stir until the chocolate and butter are completely melted. Leave to cool. In a large bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar. Add the chocolate and butter mixture, the flour and the walnuts and mix well. Pour the mixture into a rectangular pan of about 33x23 cm lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180° for about 25 minutes. Leave the mixture to cool for 5-6 minutes before cutting it into squares.
