Procedure for burger buns
Dissolve the yeast in the water, then add the rest of the ingredients, leaving the salt for last. Mix all the ingredients and work the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes soft and smooth. At this point, place it in a lightly oiled bowl and keep covered, away from drafts. An hour of leavening will be enough. Take the dough and "deflate" it slightly. Divide it into 8 pieces. With each of them, form a ball and then flatten it slowly until it forms a disk the size of a classic sandwich. Place the sandwiches on a lightly oiled baking sheet, cover and let them rise for another hour. Once they have finished rising, brush them with egg and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until they take on the classic brown color. It will take about 15 minutes.
