Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 15 g of Ruggeri hemp flour
- 15 g of Ruggeri spelt flour
- 10 g of Ruggeri rice flour
- 1 grated courgette
- paprika, curry
Procedure:
Turn the oven on to 180°.
Pour the flours, egg, spices and courgettes into a bowl or mixer and mix well until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Then divide the dough into 5 silicone molds and bake for 20 minutes.
Check the cooking with a toothpick and when ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool on a rack, removing them from the molds.
