Ingredients for about 9-10 maritozzi:
- 315g of organic Arifa flour (balanced mix of organic flours of soft wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, spelt flour and corn flour)
- 170g of corn flour Fumetto
- 200g of granulated sugar
- 185g of softened butter
- 65g corn starch (maizena) or rice starch
- 85g of whole eggs (about 1 and a half eggs)
- 50ml of cream
- 2g of salt
- 4g baking powder (chemical yeast)
- 1 vanilla pod or grated lemon peel
