Ingredients :
- 1 preparation for Salus functional bread
- 300 ml of warm water
Procedure
Pour the contents of the package into a bowl with 300 ml of warm water and let it rest for 5 minutes. Mix vigorously with a silicone spatula until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture onto a well-floured work surface and form into loaves. Flour two plumcake pans and let them rise for 80-120 minutes in a warm place away from drafts. Turn on the oven and bring it to a temperature of 210°C.
Add a small pot of water to the oven and bake the Pan bauletto. Bake for 20-40 minutes depending on the size.
