Ingredients:
- 7 Grain Bread Mix
- 250 ml of warm water
To prepare the
cereal bread, start like this... pour 250 ml of warm water into a bowl or into the mixer... now add all the contents of the package of preparation... leave the preparation to soak in the water for at least 5 minutes so that the brewer's yeast begins its activity... knead vigorously, for at least 10 minutes... oil your hands a little before taking the dough again... form two or more loaves and place them on an oiled baking tray or lined with baking paper... leave to rise in a warm, non-ventilated environment (perfect inside the oven turned off) for at least a couple of hours... after the necessary time, bring the oven to about 220°C and place a small pan of water inside, to create a humid environment (if you have used the oven as a leavening environment, before turning it on, remove the tray with the leavened loaves).... put the tray in the oven and cook the bread for about 20-25 minutes approximately.. leave to cool for half an hour before cutting the bread.. your
cereal bread is ready!!
