Ingredients
- 500 g 7-grain bread mix
- 280 ml Water
Preparation
- If you have a bread machine, pour the water into its tray first.
- then add the preparation
- finally the yeast which, as I said previously, is contained in the back pocket of the package itself
- when the container is completely emptied, turn on the machine, depending on the model, setting a program of at least two and a half hours. With my 'Moulinex', I set the program 6 with medium browning
If you don't have a bread machine, pour the warm water into a bowl and add the contents of the package (both the mix and the yeast). Let it rest for 5 minutes and then knead by hand for 10 minutes. Form the loaves, place them on an oiled baking sheet and let them rise until they double in volume, in the oven with the light on. When they seem to have risen to the right point, put a small pan of water in the oven and cook for about 20-25 minutes at 220°. Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve. In the meantime, enjoy the smell of bread that will have flooded your house:)
