Apple and coffee yoghurt cake with Migliora® Dolci

Apple pie is a great classic that is always appreciated. Perfect for breakfast, as a snack or as a dessert, follow the recipe by @in_cucina_con_cenerella and you will get a very soft cake thanks to the addition of Migliora ® Dolci vanilla yeast.

Apple and coffee yogurt cake, delicious at any time of the day

Ingredients for a 24 cm diameter cake tin:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 apples
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 50 ml of seed oil
  • 200 g of coffee yoghurt
  • 200 g of 00 flour
  • 1 sachet of vanilla
  • 1 scoop of Migliora® Dolci

Procedure:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar
  2. Add oil, coffee yogurt, vanilla and 1 apple cut into cubes
  3. Mix all the ingredients well and add Migliora ® Dolci
  4. Pour the mixture into the cake tin lined with baking paper
  5. Stuff the surface with the 2 remaining apples cut into thin slices
  6. Bake at 180°C for 40/45 minutes
