Apple pie is a great classic that is always appreciated. Perfect for breakfast, as a snack or as a dessert, follow the recipe by @in_cucina_con_cenerella and you will get a very soft cake thanks to the addition of Migliora ® Dolci vanilla yeast.
Apple and coffee yogurt cake, delicious at any time of the day
Ingredients for a 24 cm diameter cake tin:
- 2 eggs
- 3 apples
- 150 g of sugar
- 50 ml of seed oil
- 200 g of coffee yoghurt
- 200 g of 00 flour
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 1 scoop of Migliora® Dolci
Procedure:
- Beat eggs and sugar
- Add oil, coffee yogurt, vanilla and 1 apple cut into cubes
- Mix all the ingredients well and add Migliora ® Dolci
- Pour the mixture into the cake tin lined with baking paper
- Stuff the surface with the 2 remaining apples cut into thin slices
- Bake at 180°C for 40/45 minutes
