Migliora® Dolci is the baking powder to add to your favorite recipe and get your best cakes ever!
Thanks to the natural enzymes activity,gives more volume and irresistible softness which lasts over time.
Simply use it in addition to your favorite recipe: just add 2 scoops for every 500 g of flour.
A small canister of this vanilla baking powder allows you to make up to 12 cakes.

How to use Migliora® Dolci
To get your best cakes ever, use ou vanilla yeast in addition to your favorite recipe! Thanks to the special 10g measuring cup, Migliora® Dolci is easy to dose and will make your cakes very soft and voluminous.
Recommended dosage: use 2 measuring cups for every 500 g of flour.
Up to 12 cakes: with a jar of Migliora® Dolci yeast (120 g pack) you can prepare up to 12 homemade cakes. A remarkable convenience compared to traditional sachets!
Our recipe for soft cake with Migliora® Dolci yeast
Ingredients: we recommend using all the ingredients at room temperature, to work the dough better. Pour the butter into pieces and the sugar into a bowl; beat with an electric whisk for at least 5 minutes. The dough should be light and frothy. Then pour in the eggs, one at a time (wait until the first egg is well incorporated and then add the second). Add the salt and, if necessary, the lemon zest. Pour in the milk, alternating it with the sifted flour with the yeast Migliora® Dolci and continue to mix with the electric whisk until you obtain a smooth mixture without lumps. Butter and sprinkle with flour a mold, then pour the mixture in. Bake the cake in a preheated oven in static mode at 180° C for 45 minutes.
