• The purchase of products, available as illustrated and described online in the relevant description and technical sheets, is made by the customer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of forwarding of the order confirmation, in addition to transport costs as specified below and in any case displayed at the time of purchase.
• The unit cost, the total cost in case of purchase of more products and the related transport costs will be summarized Before the confirmation of the purchase to the customer.

Payment by Swift Bank

Payments can be made by Swift Bank in advance to the bank details that you will find on the order confirmation and that you will receive by e-mail. We will not process your order until your payment has been received, ascertained and collected through the banking system.

• The products purchased through the website www.ruggerishop.it are subject, to the extent applicable, to the provisions of Laws Decree. n 24 of 2.2.2002 (Official Journal n. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and guarantees for consumer goods and, to the extent not provided for therein, to the specific provisions of the Civil Code on the subject.
This warranty will apply to products that present defects of conformity and / or malfunctions not found at the time of purchase, provided that the product is used correctly and with due diligence, that is, in compliance with its intended purpose and as provided in any technical documentation, with observance of the various operating rules indicated therein.
• The warranty shall not be applicable in the event of negligence or carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, the connection of purchased products to electrical systems or any other type of connection not in accordance with the regulations. The warranty is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not to traders, resellers, etc.
• Any malfunction of the products must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt of the goods. The customer must provide written notice of this when returning the defective product.
Even if the product is defective, to be replaced it must, at the time of return, be complete with packaging and all accessories and any documentation received from the customer at the time of purchase. The return of the product without its original packaging, accessories and any of the above documentation prevents Ruggeri Shop from replacing the product itself. • The request will be processed only if the following documents are present in the returned package:
• number and date of the order,
• description of the defect found and a completed RMA form.
• The shipment costs for returned goods shall be borne by customers.

Product Delivery

For shipments made in the European Union you can obtain a quotation directly from the page of the shopping cart (box "Estimate shipping costs").

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Each shipment contains the goods ordered together with the invoice document.

The products will be delivered on all working days.

Transit Time

The transit time are absolutely indicative and may vary in holiday periods and/or according to the destination to be reached. In any case Ruggeri Shop is not responsible for any delays due to the courier. Each shipment will be traceable using the code provided by the courier used through the site of the courier itself. This code will be provided on request.

Before picking up the product, the customer must check that the package is intact, not damaged or wet. If the shipment is not insured, in case of damage to the product due to negligence of the courier, it will assume responsibility only if proven during delivery and will pay a flat rate compensation of 1 euro per kg of product weight. We therefore recommend that you insure the goods by using the option in all order confirmations. The insurance of the goods provides for the full reimbursement by the courier of the expense incurred for the purchase. We therefore always recommend that you sign the courier slip with the words "Subject to control". In fact, if this statement is missing and there is damage to the product, the courier will no longer be held responsible regardless of the presence of insurance or not. In the event that the package is put into storage by the courier you will be notified promptly by e-mail. The stock may occur in the event that the courier has attempted delivery to your address without success (eg. absence of the recipient, wrong address, etc..).Often the couriers leave notices of the passage with the data to release the stock. However, it will be your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange the return of goods. After 3 days of storage, the courier proceeds to return the package to the consortium charging us additional costs. Ruggeri Shop is not responsible for any delays and/or non-deliveries caused by incomplete addresses or addresses not adequately provided when ordering. In any case Ruggeri Shop is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier.

Any delays does not give rise to the right of a claim for damages

It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract, as provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree n. 206/2005), for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the Product purchased.

The Right of withdrawal is reserved to customers Consumers ( individual who buys the Product for purposes not related to his business, trade, craft or profession may be carried out)

To exercise this right, the Customer must send to the Seller an explicit notice to this effect (withdrawal can also be exercised through a Returns Form to be filled in which can be requested from info@ruggerisrl.net), within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Once the notice of withdrawal has been received, the Seller's Customer Service Department will quickly send to the Customer instructions on how to return the goods.

The customer may choose at its discretion the courier or postal service with which to make the return. We recommend using a service that also offers tracking of goods in order to verify the correct receipt of returns at our warehouse. The Seller shall not be liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned in uninsured shipments.

The Seller, after having checked the Product received and approved the return, will refund the price of the Product for which the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal and the shipping costs incurred by the Customer at the time of ordering (with the exception of additional costs resulting from his choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Seller), and this within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that he does not incur any cost as a result of the refund.
