    * The flour has been treated with L-Ascorbic acid, which has a technological function. There is no trace of it once the product is cooked and therefore does not need to be declared on the label.

Type “2” wheat flour has excellent nutritional properties (rich in protein and fibre) and is easier to process than wholegrain wheat flour. It is therefore a very good compromise for natural baking.
