- powdered sourdough 73% (type "0" wheat flour, wheat germ flour 10%),

- dry brewer's yeast 10%..
the sourdough contained in our product, obtained from first quality wheat germ, gives the dough a pleasant hazelnut fragrance and an intense scent. It improves workability, making the dough softer. The presence of brewer's yeast, which acts as a starter, allows the dough to rise in a few hours. It is ideal for the preparation of all types of bread, pizzas and focaccias.
just add 50 g of the preparation to 500 g of flour and follow the instructions of your favourite recipe for bread, pizza, focaccia, breadsticks or crackers.
