Source of Protein, Source of Fiber, Low Sugars
- Type “0” wheat flour,
- mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds) 10%,
- soya meal (gritz),
- regrind durum wheat semolina,
- toasted barley malt.
It may contain traces of milk, eggs and lupins.
It is the result of the special roasting of seeds and flours, it gives the baked products an intense flavour. An Italian revisitation of a classic of the Nordic countries, combined with the refinement of the Mediterranean tradition.
