Arifa® Organic Flour: an organic and multipurpose flour
The combination of wheat, durum wheat, spelt and corn makes it a special and delicate flour. Arifa® ensures excellent workability of the dough and is a multipurpose flour, to be used in all your sweet and savory recipes. Arifa® organic flour will be your best friend in the kitchen: here is one of our recipes for making an incredible focaccia!
Recipe for rosemary focaccia with arifa®
Ingredients: 500 g arifa® - 300 ml water - 30 ml olive oil - 5 g dehydrated brewer's yeast (alternatively, 10 g fresh yeast) - 10 g fine salt - Rosemary to taste - Coarse salt to taste
Procedure: pour arifa® into the mixer. Start the mixer with a spiral hook and pour in the yeast. Then add water and, finally, salt and oil. Knead for 15 min. Let the dough rise for 2 hours in the oven with the light off. When leavening is finished, roll out the dough on a baking sheet, previously oiled with olive oil to taste. Let rise for 1 hour more. Finally, sprinkle with coarse salt and rosemary and bake at 180° C in a ventilated oven for 20-25 min. Take out of the oven and stuff to taste!
