This product is perfect for the bread machine, but is ideal for hand preparation too.

With this 7 Cereals complete bread mix you can make a bread which is source of protein and source of fiber.
As all the Ruggeri bread mixes, the complete mix for 7 Cereals Bread has the “Ruggeri Tasca Magica®” (Ruggeri Magic Pocket). A patented solution that separates the yeast from the flours with an internal compartment and preserves the characteristics of the product without preservatives.
This mix is ideal for the bread machine, as you only have to pour 280 ml of water and add the mix in it.

Preparation tips:

1 kg of Malts Pasta Mix, 250/300 g of Whole Eggs, 80/100 g of Water
Fresh pasta:

Place the preparation in a kneader. Add the water and possibly the egg and knead for about 5 minutes. Draw or laminate to obtain the desired format.Suggested pairing:
