7 Cereals Bread Mix: ideal for cereal bread and pizza preparation

With the 7 Cereals Bread Mix you get a delicious cereal bread, characterized by mixed seeds and flours. You can use the mix for the preparation by hand or with a bread machine, just add 280 ml of water and follow the procedure on the label. It is a complete product that already contains all the ingredients, even the yeast! Thanks to the Ruggeri Tasca Magica®, an internal pocket that separates the yeast from the other ingredients, it does not contains preservatives.

To prepare a tasty cereal pizza base, here is a recipe using our 7 Cereals bread mix.

Ingredients: 1 package of 7 Cereals bread mix - 280 ml of water - 25 ml of olive oil - topping as desired

Procedure: pour the mix in a mixer or a bowl, then add 280 ml of water and 25 ml of olive oil (about 2 tablespoons). Mix well until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes covered with a cloth. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let rise at room temperature for about 4 hours. Season to taste and bake at 220° C for about 10 minutes
