Ingredients:
  • Type "1" wheat flour
  • Oat fibre
  • Wheat protein (gluten)
  • Lupin flour and gritz
  • Wheat fibre
  • Wheat bran
  • Low sodium sea salt
  • Dried brewer’s yeast.

It may contain milk, eggs, soy and sesame seeds.

HOW TO USE SALUS FUNCTIONAL BREAD MIX

  • You can use it either by hand or with the bread machine: you will find the procedure on the back of the pack. In any case, you only need to add water, because it already contains yeast and salt.
  • With the complete mix for Salus Functional Bread you get 600 grams of bread. We recommend cutting the bread into slices and freezing it, then defrosting the portion as needed.
  • This mix comes with the patented “Ruggeri Tasca Magica®” package (Magic Pocket). It separates the yeast from the flour with an internal pocket, avoiding the use of preservatives.
