A good and irresistible protein bread with 30% protein content
The Protein 30® bread mix makes it easy to make high-protein, high-fiber and very tasty bread. All you have to do is add water, knead and bake. A 400 g package of Protein 30® Bread mix gives you 4 loaves of about 150 g each.
Recipe for 4 protein bread loaves
Ingredients: 1 package of Protein 30® Mix for Bread (400 g) - 360 ml of water - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Procedure: Mix Protein 30® by hand with 360 ml of water and possibly a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a bowl, until the water is completely absorbed. Place the dough on a table and knead it for 7-10 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 portions and let them rise at room temperature for about 1 hour, covered with a cloth. Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the loaves for at least 30 minutes.

- Type "00" Manitoba wheat flour
- Sunflower seeds 6%
- Flax seeds 6%
- Pumpkin seeds 6%
